Hi, I already see you in spanish is in past tense ; so that would be the answer for " Ya te vi" "I see you" is more likely the answer ; but it would be excellent if you say " I 'll see you" just because "ya te veo " reffers to future. it can also mean "i see you now". now in span. is literally "ahora" but ya, if used correctly can mean the same thing.
