The Old Students Association (MCOSA) formed in the year 1925, functions in the college campus with its main aim .. "To promote the spirit and discipline of the students and co-ordination between past and present students."

A short history of MCOSA activities :
1. Helped the College in setting up the tropical botanical garden with the help of the Agricultural College, Mannoothy during 1987
2. Played an active role in conducting the All India University Youth Festival held in the College auditorium in 1988
3. Provided new public address system in the Centenary Auditorium during the year 1988
4. Conducted lectures by eminent scholars
5. Organized campus cleaning programme with the help of NSS and other organizations on many occasions
6. Provided furniture and other materials to the new OSA office room
7. Water cooler was installed in the college building in 1990
8. Renovation work of the college building undertaken and completed in association with the Restoration committee and with the assistance of KITCO
9. Helped the college authorities for taking back the Maharaja's College stadium from GCDA and also took necessary steps to increase the rent from the tenants.
10. Published and Released the book written by Sri. Ravi Kuttikadu " Maharajassinu Pranaya Poorvam".
11. Effectively intervened to retain the status of the college in the administration of the synthetic track in the Maharaja's College ground.
