Oh, dude, a good 3200 meter time for high school track really depends on the athlete and their level of training. But like, generally speaking, a competitive time for high school guys is around 9-10 minutes, and for girls, it's around 11-12 minutes. But hey, as long as you're out there giving it your best shot, who cares about the numbers, right?
For most competitive distance/mid runners it's: 3200: 10:45 1600: 5:00 800: 2:10 400: 56/7
There is the 60-meter dash, 100-meter dash, The 200 and 400 meter races, 110-meter high hurdles or 400-meter intermediate hurdles, 100 hurdles(usually the ladies), the 800(half a mile), 1,600 (1 mile) and 3,200 (2 mile), three "relay" events which are the 4x100, 4x400 or 4x800, then there are the field events which are discus, shot put, hammer, javelin, long jump, triple jump, high jump and pole vault. It also depends if your in middle school, high school, or college because each do certain events. I have been in track for three years so this how I know all of these, if you have any other questions or if you want to know a description for each let me know and I'd be more than happy to help(:
yes it is
well iv been running track for a long time and the fastest sophomore that i have seen run the 400 meter dash is in 49.3 and my personal best a sophomore was a 52.6. Out of all of the people i have seen run it is either from 48.3 to 56.8 in a track meet.So if you run anywhere between the two you should be fine.
They are not in the US. As long as the college grades show a good track record.
5s-6s is an amazing time. but 6.6s - 7.6s is pretty good

Yes, any bachelor's degree will work. The school wants to see a good history of study with good grades.

Any time under 40 seconds is a good time for the 300 Meter Intermediate Hurdles for high school boys.
