Most military units are just called "The Army," or "The Navy," or something similar. You don't need to worry about a fancy name unless you're talking about a nickname for a small group, like the Green Berets.
If that's what you mean, I recommend you Google some military nicknames and see what sorts of names military people like to use. Then, you can come up with something that sounds good to you -- and since it's your army, that's good.
