Actually, the expression is "vier Augen sind besser als zwei" which means "four eyes are better than two". Apart of it`s direct translation, I can not think of a similar expression in English but it`s used when you are searching for something or someone and it`s meaning is exactly what it says.
"Dream better" is not a common expression in American English. The more familiar expression is "Sweet dreams," often said to someone who is going to bed with a meaning similar to "Good night."

Sisen's English is passable, if accented. He can both speak and write with relative fluency. His German is better, though.
You mean above-average I guess. I'll give the correct expression in German first (not Swiss German!): "... besser als der Durchschnitt..." Now the one in Swiss German (the main difference in spelling are dropped letters): "... bessr als dr Durchschnitt..." - "... better than the average... " There are official rules for spelling in Swiss German... but nowadays Swiss German is what they speak and German is what they write. Swiss German is still in use for messages to friends, etc. but not official documents.
The expression is 'icing on the cake' and it means that the latest event just added to the situation, but didn't significantly change it similar to icing on a cake. The icing only makes the cake better, it doesn't change the fact that there is a cake.Ê
