I don't speak spanish fluently but I'm pretty sure there is no word for 'let's' You just use a nosotros command. (Which is just the present tense form of the verb) So for 'let's go' you would say 'vamos'

Exactly how you would construct it so it sounds 'normal' depends on what you are going to get. If you are going to buy something, you would say Vamos a comprar... (let's go buy...) if you are talking about getting a person you might want to say it as Vamos a buscar... (let's go find...). Strictly speaking though, "let's go get" would be Vamos a obtener...
