Vobis vincere is a phrase: to be conquered by you all.
Vobis is both the dative and ablative form of the 2rd person plural form of the personal pronoun tu (you) and means both to/ for you all and by/with you all.
Vincere, is the active and passive infinitive form of the verb, vinco and means both to conquer and to be conquered. so you can see how putting them together is not a full sentence.
It would be better to to use the nominative plural form of the verb tu, vos which gives us vos vincere and translates: you all are to be conquered. Or you could say nos vincere vobis and you'd be saying, we are to be conquered by you all. Or you just could write Nos vicimus! which says: We conquer! which looks good as a sports motto.
