In short (see longwinded explanation below) an undergraduate hasn't graduated yet
and a grad or post grad has graduated from an undergraduate degree and is now persuing further more detailed study/research in a University.
Undergraduate work is a basic foundation within a given program of study. The course work includes a general cluster of knowledge that promotes a well rounded education. Thus, the student is exposed to a variety of areas, not just their chosen field of study. These areas would include general education courses to include, English, Math, History, Laboratory Science, courses in Humanities, and Social Sciences to mention a few. These would be tightly coupled with the students Major Requirements and Major Elective Requirements. In general, Associates and Bachelors degrees are considered undergraduate course work, while the Masters and Doctoral degrees are considered graduate course work. Graduate course work - in most cases - is very specific and particular to one field of study. Thus, the graduate study is advanced course work which follows undergraduate course work.
A graduate BSc or Post-Grad student if continuing studies.
Post graduate diploma only can get after a undergraduate degree, while you can do diploma after your high school.
This is a ridiculous question. As a Harvard MBA grad '04 and an APU Int'l Biz grad '99, I can tell you that APU will prepare you well for whatever post-undergraduate plans you have. The undergraduate school you attend; however, has close to zero value in an admissions process. The student as an individual is the one under the microscope. You want to attend Harvard Grad for Psych? Be an excellent student.
Grad school encompasses any study after completing a bachelor's degree. Law school is one type of Grad school.
The grad dress is usually white. The prom dress is usually more flashy and sexier.

Middle of the road.....average. If you are a grad student it is a D/F. Grad students can't have a grade below a B to stay in grad school.
Grad school refers to postgraduate education beyond a bachelor's degree, typically leading to a master's or doctoral degree. It differs from undergraduate studies in that it is more specialized, research-focused, and requires a higher level of academic rigor and independence.
