Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't, depending on the particular woman and the particular brand of pill. The pill contains estrogen and progestin in different formulas and amounts depending on brand. These hormones can cause an increase in the amount of breast tissue and/or retention of fluid. If breast growth is because of the former, it will be more constant; if because of the latter reason, breasts might get smaller during your inactive pill week (the week you have your period). If your breasts do enlarge, it may be for only a few months until your body adjusts; for the duration of the time you are on the pill; or indefinite. Again, it differs from woman to woman.
