Beverly Purdue, a former governor of North Carolina, has drawn comparisons to the Joker due to her distinctive makeup and expressive facial features, particularly when seen in certain media or photographs. This resemblance may be accentuated by her use of bold cosmetics, which can create a striking visual effect reminiscent of the iconic comic book character. Additionally, public figures often face scrutiny and comparison based on their appearance, leading to such associations in popular culture. However, it's essential to remember that these comparisons are subjective and often exaggerated for entertainment purposes.

Well, in the new Joker movie (SPOILER ALERT), Arthur Fleck gets the name Joker because of what his idol, Murray Franklin, said about Arthur's failed comedy career on the Murray Franklin show. In one specific line he says, "Look at this joker." Then I think Arthur just stuck with the name afterwards.

The Joker's face was disfigured due to the bullet ricocheting and severing the nerves in his cheeks. When the "plastic surgery" was performed, it was not performed with the correct instruments, leaving the "grin" and turning the Joker insane when he looked into a handheld mirror. Thus, the Joker was born. Before he was the Joker he was the red hood and Batman was chasing him and he fell into a vat of chemicals which bleached his skin and turned his hair green.
honestly i think both of them are good and playing the joker but on the more phyco side of the joker the best would be Jack Nicholson. I personally think that Heath is better as he completely transforms himself into the Joker. You see no trace of him in that role. He changed everything about himself including his look, personality, speech, posture etc.
