Because unless you understand the idea that characters in anime often have a catch phrase they say repeatedly, you wouldn't understand it. It's hard to cut out Naruto's "Dattebayo" so they changed it to "Believe it" it is simply easier to cut out "katsu" all together
Katsu (喝) is what Deidara says to detonate his exploding clay.
that is unknown but my opinion is he can beat up deidara or deidara can use his stupid explosive jutsu KATSU!
Oh, dude, when Deidara wants to make his clay creations go boom, he simply says "Katsu." It's like his artsy way of saying "explode" in the world of Naruto. So, if you ever hear him whisper "Katsu," you better run for cover or prepare to be blown away - literally!
Mitsuru Adachi has written: 'Katsu! Vol. 5 (Katsu!) (in Japanese)' 'katsu! Vol. 10 (Katsu!) (in Japanese)' 'Katsu! Vol. 1 (Katsu!) (in Japanese)' 'Katsu! Vol. 12 (Katsu!) (in Japanese)' 'Katsu! Katsu curry!
Katsu Curry is actually from Japan, but it is the Japanese attempt to mimic a curry made by the English, who in turn were trying to mimic the curry they had while they occupied Inidia. It's naturally been 'Nipponised' over time.
