Why is boarding school bad for kids?

This is a rapidly changing society due to science and technology. The generation gap is expanded and children are better off in a dedicated environment. You should not be bothered with your parents' headaches. Similarly, you should take as much responsibility as possible. Nobody should cover for yourself. This will pay back heavily once you will come to the real world after educational activities are over.

Parents have more time for themselves. Gone are the old times when after becoming a parent, all they had to do was lose their youth and excitement. That does not mean they are not fulfilling their duties. They provide for us in terms of fees and other necessarry supplies.

You have all summer breaks and more holidays to be with your parents and do the family thing in a welcome way. If their is only the family thing, it gets boring. Boarding schools are much more active in terms of stuff you can do, and people of your age are plentiful.
