labour industry forms a back bone of a country.so if the causes of its unrest are properly scrutinized only then we can have the economic balance.

.for this we must have a 100 percent know-how about why labour unrest shoots up in Pakistan's industrial sector. following

are the reasons due to which labour class is not satisfied,

shutter-downs strikes:

in the cosmopolitan city like Karachi labour strikes are the most common.the cost of living has moved up,due to which labours demand for wages is high and on the other hand the employers are not willing to pay more wages.due to this labour grumble against the management in shape of strikes .

target killing and general unrest:

secondly the bread runners basically labourers, of many houses are killed in day to day killings due to which general unrest takes the form of labour unrest.as they don't get the wages in time.

the main reason behind all this unrest is that the political parties have their own touts and agents spread in the industry who rule the hiring and firing system causing utter unreliability among the working class.

SOLUTION:the solution to all this rests in good governance and the reshaping of the labour policies of the government
