This depends entirely on the rules of the school and the thoughts of the student on the matter; almost all schools disallow the use of phones during class, but keeping the phone turned off will allow you to have it with you. Calling or texting during class is generally discouraged.
Answer
Cell phone companies will readily give directions for parental controls that can be placed on the phone during school hours. These can remove texting, web searches and phone calls during school and evening hours.
I think they should so they can use them on the breaks but there is no reason in class. if their parents need to reach them they can call the school. It worked for many many years before mobile phones existed. if the school totally ban them in school it might be they want the students to focus more and concentrate on school and not everything outside. It's only a few hours a day and actually talking to people and socializing face to face is a social skill more people need to learn.
Some theories in student activism include social movement theory, which focuses on how collective action can bring about social change; critical theory, which examines power dynamics and inequalities in society; and participatory action research, which emphasizes collaborative research and activism within communities.
Factors affecting academic achievement include student's motivation, study habits, family support, socioeconomic background, teacher quality, and peer influence. Other factors include access to resources, school environment, and personal characteristics such as intelligence and attitude towards learning. All these factors interact to influence a student's academic success.
Why Students FailSome reasons for college student failure may include:No vision. Some students do not have a clearly articulated picture of the future they intend to create for themselves. Thus, they may take programs of study without a clear career goal or objective. In essence, they choose the wrong major.Lack of passion. Successful students work out of passion, a love for what they want to do, and recognize the importance of the benefit it will bring others as well as themselves. Without passion, study becomes a chore and not a method for achieving clearly defined goals.Lack of personal/work/school/family balance. What ever is going on in a student's personal life, will inevitably affect what's going on in school. Whatever is happening in school will affect what's going on in their personal life. A student needs time to be in class, and appropriate time for study. However, there must be time for family, friends, social activities, and time to just be alone. The key is keeping proper balance.Lack of taking advantage of student resources. There is really no reason for academic failure. Every college and university has an academic learning center where students can receive peer and faculty tutoring, without charge. Many students fail to seek help.Attending the wrong college or university. Some students accept admission into schools they are not familiar with. Thus, they become depressed with their surroundings. Student must be content with their school, its environment, and resources. This, in turn has a negative affect on their studies.Lack of maturity and discipline. Some students are just not disciplined and lack good organizational skills. They often fall under the pressure of their peers. Rather than using good discretion, they feel compelled to follow others (socially), when they really should be attending to their studies. Again, lack of appropriate balance.Lack of Self Confidence.
Absolutely not! Being older means that you bring life experience into what you are learning, so it becomes both easier and more interesting to learn. I went back to school at your age and found that the 22 year olds were as tired as I was.
No o_oI mean...who would want to bring them to school?
There is nothing wrong with having a phone at school, but it should be turned off during all classes and not used.
it will disturb the student's learning time
He didn't want to get a paper cut.
No, the schools should provide most equipment. The student should bring the shoes (cleats, sneakers, etc) and gloves but the school should supply bats, helmets, balls, and uniforms. There are underprivileged kids who can't afford these and donations or fundraisers should occur to help these kids.
you move......bring in your student I.D. papers to your new school and do all that stuff................
Yes you can, and if they say otherwise, let God deal with them.

In my opinion - mobile phones should not be allowed in schools ! The school will have contact numbers for every parent in case of emergency, and the parent can always phone the school if they need to get in touch with their child. Allowing children to bring mobiles into school (1) encourages bullying & (2) provides a distraction for the child to avoid following lessons. McDonalds is staffed by thousands of school-leavers who failed their exams because their mobile phone was more important !If a school-kid can't survive a few hours without their precious mobile... there's something seriously wrong !
what you will do, how you will help the school, what changes you will bring into it.. and all those things!! [=
You have the opportunity to make changes in your school for the good, and it will look great on your CV if you make it.
