Educating children is a responsibilty of all societies and cultures , like any other responsibility such as feeding and clothing them . It is therefore a human right for a child to go to school. As for university education, that depends on the politics of the country in question, that is, whether they (the government) consider it a right for all, or a privilege reserved for the wealthy.

Why is education a privilege?

Because some people in "towns" or places of poverty can't afford to go to a school, or the town cannot afford funding for teaching, and without education children from the area of poverty will live very bad lives, with the lack of income and education. That's why education is a privilege, without it life would be ruined and would be tough to live through, and its also a privilege because of the fact your parents can afford to bring you to school, or your parents can pay taxes so you can go to school. In the United States it is that an education will be afforded to the people of the United States. In some countries this is a privilege to have the ability to school. This privilege is not a right and can be lost if a person breaks the rules to which the ability of others to get their education is harmed.

Seminar presentation on education should be made fundamental right?

To give a seminar presentation on the topic "Education should be made a fundamental right," one would first have to believe that education should be made a fundamental right. Then, research would need to be done to find information that backs up those views. Since education is a very broad topic, it would need to be narrowed down to specifics. Some questions you might ask while preparing the seminar are: What levels of education should be made fundamental rights? What types of education should be fundamental rights? How would the education be paid for? Would it be through public funding or would individuals need to pay for it?

Is education a right or privilege?

Education is a privilege. Some people don't want to get an education. Some parents don't care whether their kids should go to school or not. You don't exactly have to go to school. You need all the education you can get. But only one person can determine if you're going to school to get an education or not... and that's YOU! You need an education but it's your choice if you're going to get an education or not. No ones going to make you get an education. Most children can't afford an education. So therefore education is considered a privilege to for us and for those who can't afford an education. It could also be A PRIVILEGE because some ( poor ) countries Cant aford to get a education . Its alson a Privilege because some people just are very careless . And Without a Education most people get no place in life , if they dont got a education they better learn how to say " HI, HOW CAN I HELP YOU ". (; N.R.C.J.
