To fix a sliding down window, first, check if the window tracks are dirty or obstructed; clean them thoroughly. Next, inspect the window's balance mechanism for any damage or misalignment and adjust or replace it if necessary. Additionally, ensure that the window is properly lubricated with silicone spray to facilitate smooth movement. If the window still slides down, consider installing window locks or stoppers to keep it in place.

depending on what window your replacing, top rear sliding, middle sliding or lower sliding, the steps are a little different. To get the lower ones out, the manual says; move middle and upper sliding window to full down position, remove "flocked rubber" from both sides, to just above the top of the upper and middle sliding windows, cut the rubber approx. 2" above the the top of the upper and middle sliding windows. Start with the upper sliding window, remove one of the latches and raise the window until it clears the flocked rubber, the upper window can be removed by guiding the side without the latch into the deep portion of the channel until the other side clears the channel and can be removed.
