I cannot tell you where you can get a loan but I point out another possible option for you. You could try to find a used car that does not need much repair and buy it directly from the owner on installation payments through a private agreement with him or her. You could also get a part-time job in the evening for example, three or four days a week, and try to find a suitable older car and gradually pay for it from that income. Some owners have a hard time selling their used cars and would possibly enter into an agreement with you, paying a fixed sum monthly rather than not being able to sell the car at all. If you really want a car you can try this but don't forget that fuel, lubrication and regular maintenance also costs money so a little extra income is needed in all cases - even if you could get a car loan immediately, that loan does not cover maintenance and running costs. Good luck.
do you have grants for a single unemployed parent
Yes. Most scholarships are based on need, or on student achievement. If your single parent has no alimony, or child support for you, then usually the college looks at only the income from the parent you are living with. If the parent's income is low enough, then a scholarship might be available. The best thing to do is to contact the college to see what they would do for you.
A single parent is a mother or father who has no husband or wife.
It is called a single-parent household.

They kind of mean the same thing but the difference is that : Single parent = A parent who is doing everything by her/his self like raising a family or handling children on his/her own. Parent = A parent is just everything. A parent is just a parent.
About 43% of children in Louisiana live in a single parent household.
There are many options for a single parent in college. A great benefit is being able to receive financial aid for being both in college, and a single parent.
