No it is not possible to build a mini bike with a starter motor hanging down underneath.
Typically this signifies that your starter motor has either jammed, or is faulty. To check that it has not jammed, give it a whack on the end with a small hammer, or fairly large wrench. If that does the trick, then the starter motor was jammed, if not, you need a replacement starter motor.
You can purchase a good HVAC replacement at many major retailers such as The Home Depot or Sears. Both the Home Depot and Sears offer a free in-home consultation if you are looking to replace your entire HVAC. If you are just looking for a motor replacement you can purchase the motor parts in store or online from a website such as hvacpartsoutlet.com.

this is a workshop air compressor
From what I understand, you have to diconnect the exhaust system on the side that the starter motor is located on. To reassemble you have to replace the exhaust gasket with a new one. If you are replacing the starter, there is a GM starter that is a direct replacement for the Isuzu starter and costs quite a bit less.
i have 2000 bmw 323i 4 dr sedan and need to change motor starter , can tell me where it is? and step by step with pictures if it possible how to remove and reinstalled it . thank you max
To remove the starter motor, disconnect the battery first. Take a picture, if possible, so that the new starter can be put back in place the same as the old one was. Disconnect the wires and remove the starter bolts. Remove the starter and replace with a new one. Hook up the wires and the battery.
