HI,
The problem can of fuel pump senser or acm. There was same problem to me in my palio 1.9D. Then many machanics tried to finfd the problem. One day we take a look on the main power controller of the car, that is ACM. We change that and the problem is fixed now.
Thanks

The fan sensor on a Fiat Palio is typically located near the radiator, attached to the cooling fan assembly or within the engine bay, depending on the specific model year. It monitors the engine temperature and activates the cooling fan when necessary. To locate it more precisely, consult the vehicle's service manual or a repair guide specific to your model.
In the Fiat Palio 2, the ignition coil is typically located near the engine, mounted on or near the cylinder head. It is often positioned close to the spark plugs for efficient ignition. Depending on the specific engine model, you may need to remove engine covers or other components for easier access. Always consult the vehicle’s manual for precise location and removal instructions.

The engine oil pressure for a Fiat Palio 1.2 typically ranges between 1.5 to 4.0 bar (approximately 22 to 58 psi) when the engine is at operating temperature. It's important to consult the vehicle's manual for specific details, as variations can occur based on engine condition and oil viscosity. Regularly monitoring oil pressure is crucial for engine health. If the pressure falls outside this range, it may indicate underlying issues that need addressing.
If it is a 16V engine then the thermostat housing is on the right of the engine looking from the front, under the coil pack, follow the top radiator hose to find it quickly.
