Your Peugeot 206 may be using too much fuel due to several factors, including a clogged air filter, which restricts airflow and reduces engine efficiency. Additionally, issues with the fuel injectors, spark plugs, or the oxygen sensor can lead to improper fuel combustion. Tire pressure and wheel alignment problems may also contribute to increased fuel consumption. Regular maintenance and diagnostics can help identify and resolve these issues.
If you speed or accelerate abnormally or you drive too slow then the car may be using up too much fuel.
Have you checked out the ignition parts & o2 sensors? These parts will affect fuel economy drastically if they are not working properly
Check battery connection Check alternator Too much fuel should not be a problem
Like most fires, wildfires are stopped by using up the fuel or losing too much heat to continue burning. Fuel is "separated" using firelines and cooled using water or fire retardant chemicals, or shovelfuls of dirt.
You drain out the excess. Too much oil is just as bad as too little. Both will cause engine damage.
try a tune up fuel filter, plugs, wires ect...
way too much
You are running too rich. the mixture of fuel and air has too much fuel in it,
A rich condition.
You can use clear tube for a fuel line but only when using a system that is fed by gravity. Any other type of fuel system will have too much pressure for the tubing to handle.
It seems like you're running too rich of a mixture - too much fuel, and not enough air.
The problem is probably a bad fuel pressure regulator on the fuel pump. The part is not sold separately and the entire pump will have to be replaced. Otherwise, it could be a problem with the fuel injectors, which cost about $80 a piece.
