Most likely the plastic gears are wearing down - you can find a repair kit rather than replace the motor - also, the window guides will likely be worn down - does the window move side to side or back and forth - that will cause wear and tear on the gear - should be tight.
Put both windows down to their stops, then simulataneously bring both windows up to their stops. This should normalize the window function.
