There are zero amps in a 6kW 3 phase heater. Amperage is the result of dividing the Watts by the Voltage. A = W/E. Without stating the voltage the heater operates on the amperage can not be calculated.

In a two stage amplifier the gain (ratio of the output to the input quantity) of the first stage is amplified again in the second stage so the gain of a two stage amp is the product of the gain of two individual stages which is sufficient enough to drive the output device as compared to a single stage amplifier.
The stage 1 relay has blown! it is located behind the glovebox door above the heater blower. # find it # pull it out # replace it job done:-)
it's more than likely the switch for the heater.
the heater fan resister,it is or should be on inside or on outside heater box.
Your heater switch may not need to be replaced. The heater high position is controlled by a fuse under the hood. Until you find the fuse and replace it, your new switch will not work. JRR.
You most likely will have a bad blower resister........
I believe it's in Stage 3.

One reason why an AC heater fan will not work on a Mazda 3 is that the fan is burned out. It will have to be replaced. However, first check to make sure that you have not simply blown a fuse.
