if it has a cummins turbo deisle engine your hydro-vac system is either plugged or not functioning properly, check the lines running from the power steering pump to your brake booster for cracks or leaks if none are evident you'll probbly have to replace the hydro-vac pump

What year and what Vac lines are you wanting. Sometimes going to salvage yards will have a truck that might still have the decal for the Vac lines your looking to install. Remember to take a camera or phone to take a picture of or note pad. Try the library, in the automotive area look for motors manuals. They I have seen have a good referance for lines.
