Hard to define... A four year old child has the strength to physically "make" a typical household circuit breaker, while a teen would be able to "make" a typical industrial circuit breaker. (The latter breaker being physically much larger than the former.) Circuit breakers have their "breaking capacity" rated in AMPS. A typical household breaker is rated at 20, 30 or 50 Amps. Industrial breakers might be rated at 500 amps or a thousand or even more. Hope this helps but if it didn't answer your question, please rephrase it and ask again.
is there an error if the upstream circuit breaker is 16A TP and the downstream circuit breaker is 16A TPN?
A non-auto circuit breaker is a circuit breaker with the trip element removed. Basically, it is a modified circuit breaker that is now a disconnect switch (glorified disconnect switch).
A #10 wire has the capacity for 30 amps. No breaker larger than 30 amps should be used to protect the circuit.
When making an electrical connection on a stove, you should use a circuit breaker.
A circuit breaker does not have a wire fuse in it.
Unintelligeable...say again in proper English.
the maximum short current that can be safely break by the circuit breaker.
The maximum amperage capacity of a 150 amp circuit breaker is 150 amps.
The maximum amperage capacity of a 30 amp circuit breaker is 30 amps.
The maximum amperage capacity of a 60 amp circuit breaker is 60 amps.
The maximum amperage capacity of a 90 amp circuit breaker is 90 amps.
The maximum current capacity of a 100 amp circuit breaker is 100 amps.
The maximum current capacity of an 80 amp circuit breaker is 80 amps.
The maximum current capacity of a 30 amp breaker for a 240v circuit is 30 amps.
The maximum current capacity of a circuit breaker rated at 150 amps is 150 amps.

Making capacity is the max fault current it can carry during closing of breaker, e.g. You are closing a breaker on fault. The making capacity is always higher because it is expressed in peak value not rms, and also because of the DC offset, voltage and PF while closing
