Oversizing the capacitor can shorten motor life.
I'm not sure what you're asking - is DG distributed generation? Full load would be provided by the DG; if it's a 40MW wind farm, it will be able to provide you with turbine data; each turbine will be able to provide so much kVA. I would use this number (instead of kW output) for sizing of equipment as this would give a maximum. You may also need to take into account any D-VAR and capacitor bank effects on this cumulative KVA.
The correct size of cable depends on the length of the cable run, as well as the voltage and current. Another consideration is what voltage loss is acceptable ? Safest answer would be to use a cable sizing table or online tool: http://www.solar-wind.co.uk/cable-sizing-DC-cables.html Hope that helps. G.
Conduit sizing is based on the number of conductors that are drawn into it. Without the number of 1000 MCM conductors, an answer an not be given.
Mechanical design of static equipment is checking the safety of the equipment as per standard code for given conditions. And its decide the sizing of the equipments.
The sizing of transformers without knowing the input supply voltage and output fixture voltage can not be done. Also needed is the amperage of the floating fixture.
Cable sizing is based on amperage of the load. The rating of the capacitor bank and the voltage at which it operated need to be stated to give an answer.
There are a variety of capacitor sizes in ceiling fans. The capacitor is dependant upon the characteristics of the fans motor. Whether it is a single speed, two speed or three speed. If you think it is the capacitor at fault for the fan not operating, take the fan down and open it up. This will give you the exact sizing for your fan.See sources and related links below.

no.. Sizzling is tho! Sizing might be sorting something by size, as in "In this room, these people are sizing eggs."
Positive shapes are the shapes of objects in space (such as a cup or a chair)The negative space is the space around the cup or chair. The balance between positive and negative space may be manipulated by cropping the subject matter or sizing of the object into a given space.

The formula to calculate the required capacitor size for an electric motor is typically given by: [ C = \frac{(k \times P)}{V^2} ] where ( C ) is the capacitance in microfarads (µF), ( P ) is the power of the motor in watts, ( V ) is the voltage, and ( k ) is a constant that varies depending on the motor type (usually around 1.0 to 1.5 for single-phase motors). It's important to consider the motor's operating conditions and consult manufacturer guidelines for precise capacitor sizing.
