Lewis Latimer
While your question is unclear and shows that you are somewhat confused, I believe you are probably asking about Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) devices. These devices store data as electrical charge in billions or trillions of microscopic capacitors. Because no insulator is perfect the charge in these capacitors slowly leaks off, meaning to avoid losing the date the memory must be refreshed by periodically reading every capacitor and writing it back.I have no idea what you were thinking when you wrote "requires a constant electrical charge" as the charge on the capacitors when they need to be refreshed may be half or less of the charge on the capacitors when they were first written or after they have been refreshed. The charge on the capacitors is never constant, which is the reason they need refreshing in the first place. The first Dynamic Memory was built in 1941 by John Vincent Atanasoff and Clifford Berry, it used capacitors but was not randomly accessible. It had a storage capacity of sixty 50 bit signed binary words and was refreshed once per second.Later Dynamic Memories included delay line memories (both mechanical and electrical) and CRT DRAM that stored the charge as tiny spots on the inside face of the vacuum tube.
Lewis Latimer was Edison's as well as Alexander Graham Bell's Assistant, having drawn up the plans for the telephone that Bell, an audiologist, invented. Latimer also came up with the substance used in the filament of Edison's successful version of the Incandescent Light Bulb and wrote the original manual for electrical distribution, but was barred, in the 1870's through the 1920's until admitted then to the EDISON PIONEERS...... Mr. Latimer was born September 4, 1848 in Chelsea, Massachusetts and died on December 11, 1928 in New York City, New York.
Lewis Latimer invented it, and he wrote a book with Thomas Edison.
Thomas Edison invented stuff .EX:first light bulb
advantages is:1) we are able to analyse relationship between current and voltage.2)able to give the resistance applied in circuit.there is only one limitations that is it can change its value if the circuit is left on for long time.thankyou:).

Glenn Zelniker wrote the book Advanced Digital Signal Processing: Theory and Applications (Electrical and Computer Engineering) in 1993.
I wrote a short white paper on this a few years ago. You can read it at: http://doctord.webhop.net/tutorials/Shannon_Channel_Capacity.htm Jeffrey N. Denenberg Electrical Engineering Professor
V. Nagam Aiya
He wrote extensively about science and engineering (as well as other topics) in his notebooks.
Here is why nobody has answered your question. You need to learn how to piece a question together properly before anyone can understand it. From what I think you wrote "You are looking for an MBA program in retail management from Lucknow University (India I am assuming). Which program is better to apply for with a background in electrical engineering?"The answer to your question is that no management program will favor your electrical engineering background better than another. Choose the program you feel most comfortable with.
