an elephant can eat 300 pounds of food in one day and must eat that much i know that because i read it in a geographic book about elephants. if they do not eat that much or more, they may die. the earth had 1,000 elephants but now the world only has 400! so help elephants on working on finding food if you are a zoo keeper or if you want to help!
