The answer is yes, you can install as many anti virus programs as you want. However, with more than one it will run significantly slower and in the end, there is no advantage with having multiple virus programs as most have the same virus recognising database. I would recommend Norton internet security, however AVG free edition is increasingly popular and free.

What does a milling machine make?

A milling machine is usually capable of cutting a wide variety of metals, ranging from aluminum to stainless steel. Depending on the material being cut, the machine can be set to move at a faster or slower pace. Softer materials are generally milled at higher speeds while harder materials usually require slower speeds. In addition, harder materials often require smaller amounts of material to be milled off at one time.

Why does a washing machine drain pipe keep overflowing even when there are no obstructions in the pipe?

The washing machine is pumping out water faster than the drain pipe can handle. A trap in the drain pipe to which the washing machine hose is attached is required and that makes the water flow slower than you might expect. Having the washing machine some distance from the main drain line requiring a long horizontal run in the machine's drain pipe will also result in a slower flow. Other causes could be: undersized waste pipe, backward wyes or santees, backgraded piping, backed up gray water system. An obstruction such as a checker piece or poker chip could be lodged within the pipe. Such an obstruction acts as a valve or flap that will pivot out of the way when a snake is pushed through the pipe but pivot closed when water attempts to flow through. Nowadays a two inch drain pipe is recommended. Some cities require two inches or larger. Do not seal around where the washing machine hose is hooked onto the drain pipe as this could overload components within the machine.

Why interpreters are slower then compilers?

Interpreters are generally slower than compilers because they translate high-level code into machine code line-by-line at runtime, which adds overhead for each instruction executed. In contrast, compilers translate the entire program into machine code before execution, allowing for optimizations that can enhance performance. This means that once compiled, the code runs directly on the hardware without the need for further translation, whereas interpreters must repeatedly analyze and execute the code. As a result, the execution speed of compiled programs is typically faster than that of interpreted ones.

Is machine language is also called a assembly language?

Computers only understand machine code. Low-level Assembler language and all high-level languages must be assembled or compiled to machine code in order to execute. However, the computer itself can be programmed (with a machine-code program) to generate the required machine code from either a low-level or high-level input. Low-level Assembler is an almost one-to-one translation of symbols and mnemonics to machine code whereas high-level languages often compile to object code which is then linked to produce machine code. Interpreted high-level languages are not compiled to machine code but are interpreted by another program, an interpreter, which translates each line of high-level code into the required machine code at runtime. Java, for instance, compiles to byte code suitable for the Java virtual machine. The JVM is a machine code program that interprets the byte code to produce machine-specific machine code. As a result of this interpretation, Java programs are much slower than machine-coded implementations of the same program.

How do you know if your computer has a virius?

If your computer is slower than usual or behaving oddly, you may have a virus. Install a virus scanner and scan your computer.

Why you would not use antivirus?

i don't use it because it will make my computer slower

Why did the computer get slower after the antivirus?

Anti-virus software are programs that run on your computer. At any one time there are lots of programs running on your computer. The more that are running, the slower the computer can work. So when you install a new program like anti-virus software, it is an extra program to run which will make your computer slower. It is still important that you do use anti-virus software, even if it does slow down your computer.

Why high level language process slower than low level languages?

False. HLL-programs are compiler into low level (machine code), so they aren't slower. (Programs written in interpreted languages are indeed slower than compiled programs.)
