The most obvious disadvantage of (providing) customer service is the costs of running that service for the business. upon reflection you realize that companies need to invest money and equipment of some sorts to be able to train their staff very well. the staff needs to be trained quite thoroughly in dealing with customers especially the the difficult. it is also time consuming and can costs the business money, in term of this situation for example. the amount of time it takes for staff training could be the time of which the business can use to make more money.
