Procedural programming has been used for thousands of graphical applications, The most well known application it has been used for is the creation of the operating system known as Linux. despite there being numerous variations of Linux that are available for anyone to use free of charge due to it's open source nature, each of these variations uses procedural programming to create the kernel that is runs from.
