I bought their Hanover 529 pull down faucet. BOTH quick connect fittings (hot and cold supply lines) leak. The people on the toll free number offered to send me replacemnt parts. I declined, and instead am taking the unit back to the store for replacement.
Needless to say, I will NOT be buying a Pfister faucet this time.
