2. use specialized safety equipment and specialized PPE.
2. designate competent team of persons for the job.
3. take all precautionary measure in case of an emergency.
4. take out all the oil through the drain valve, if no drain valve use fuel/oil transfer pump.
5. put soaking material in the tank for e.g. marble powder.
6. take out all the soaking material with the help of hand tools like brass excavator.
7. pour fresh water for at least 24 hours in the tank.
8. drain the water, clean the tank with any detergent, dry the tank.
and tank is clean and ready to use again.
