Voltage isn't 'consumed', so a better question would be, 'How much energy does an LCD monitor consume?' The answer is that it depends on the power rating of the monitor, as power describes the rate at which the monitor consumes energy, together with how long it is being being used.

The power rating can be found on your monitor's nameplate. To find out how much energy the monitor is consuming, you need to multiply its rated power (expressed in kilowatts) by the number of hours you are using it. This will tell you how many kilowatt hours of energy the monitor has consumed over that period. Your electricity supplier should be able to tell you how much you are paying, per kilowatt hour, for your electricity supply, from which you should then be able to work out how much the monitor is costing you to run.
