ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm actually you have to buy a new drive belt as the belt is conected to other things and so yea that's it
Above is correct. The first thing is to contact manufacturer's parts dept and order replacement belt.
If the manufacturer is no longer in business or you player is to old to get OEM parts, Google for drive belts. Measure the belt and try a dealer in phonograph turntable belts. There can be as many as three different belts, so since you are going to have the unit apart, check other belts and replace any worn or loose ones. Take notes during disassembly. Describe screws and where they came out of.
Remove case cover screws and case cover. On a carousel changer you may have to remove carousel to get to the belt drive.
On my Carver changer, I also had to remove the front of the unit. You will probably have to remove several screws to get belt over axel shaft of pulley. After you have belt on, turn on power to see if carousel turns.
Since you have the case off, clean the laser lens with alcohol and photo lens cleaning tissue. You can get by using a cotton swab (Q-tip), but you risk leaving behind tiny whisps of cotton. It is also a good idea to clean out any visible dust with damp paper towel.
I did this without service manual, but if you can buy or download one, by all means get it.
If all goes well, replace carousel and test before putting case cover back on.
There are a number of factors that would affect the answer to this question including torque, shaft speeds, load etc. This is why there are many methods of delivering force to remote locations (worm, belt, chain). I believe some of the advantages when working with belts are - reduced friction losses as the belt has more contact area - decreased energy loss through vibration (in effect a belt has vibration dampening) - belt breakage usually seperates the drive system causing little damge or danger unlike chain If someone can answer the physics side of this I would be most appreciative as most of these answers come from car knowlege (see variable belt drive vs. timing chain).
On what?
You take it apart and change the seals and washers.
you take it apart or throw a recking ball through it
The speed of the belt needs to be known (Feet Per Minute). You would take the weight of your sample in pounds * FPM of the Belt * 60min / 2000lbs = TPH. For example if your belt is moving 350 fpm and your belt cut weighed 10.5 lbs; 10.5lbs * 350 fpm * 60 / 2000 = 110.25 TPH
Begin by loosening the tensioner pulley. Take the old air conditioning drive belt on. Put the new air conditioning drive belt on and tighten the tensioner pulley.
how do i take a belt tensioner arm off a el falcon
Umm... Please ask reasonable questions.
It is the same as the timing belt. You have to take the front of the engine apart to the timing belts. I believe it is the belt closest to the block. When you replace the belt, make sure that the roller gear spins freely because it will tear the new belt apart if it seizes.
Belt , Traction drive P/N 53790 and Bel t, Auger drive P/N 3526.
Generally speaking to take a drive belt off: 1. Loosen the adjuster bolt and the mounting bolt, loosen the belt. 2. Slip the belt off of the pulley. There may be as many as four belts. If the belt you are taking off is behind other belts you will have to take them off first. If that is the case make note of the routing of each belt as you take them off so you will know where to put them back.
Take it to the dealers
Sleep and creep does not take place for the v-belt. compare to flat belt it will be very less.
There is no fan belt. The fan is hydraulically controlled. Are you asking about the main drive/accessory belt?
In behind the valve timing belt. You will not be able to see it unless you take apart the timing belt cover.
Take it to your nearest certified Kawasaki dealer...
I'm in the process of changing out the drive belt and I got a diagram from my local John Deere dealer. NOTE!!.....There is an adjustment to be made on the idler pulley, which is directly underneath the seat. The pulley itself obscures this slot and I learned the hard way....so I have to take it apart (again) and tighten the belt. Be sure and grease your pulleys when you have the mower deck off as the grease zerks are hard to get to and this is an oppotune time to do this.
