You can't compare them it's like apples and Oranges. Javascipt is mainly geared for client-side execution in a web browser. c is an old language and is sort of the parent of all modern programming languages including javascript, but it would be used in a totally different scenario, eg. you could use it for application development on a server or desktop, rather than in an online scenario.
Not comparable. JavaScript is a programming language. Dreamweaver is an application (which you can use to create pages with javascript, html, etc.)
This is a very complicated issue but javascript was created to look like java but to be easier to use by nonprogrammers. This is probably one of the most desired traits of the javascript over other languages. javascript doesnot provide typecasting whereas java provides typecasting mechanism.
All of these is usable in the new millenium: C, C++, PHP, Java, JavaScript, C#
You may not have JavaScript enabled in your browser. Also Internet Explorer is an inferior browser, Firefox, Opera, etc. are all better suited for things such as JavaScript and CSS.
Javascript is much harder. HTML doesn't have logic in it, it's more just a way to organize data. Javascript is a language with logic and many different levels of understanding. In web programming you use html to layout the page, make boxes, add images, etc. Javascript and CSS is then used when your page needs to get smarter and look better. It depends on what your are trying to do. Generally, JavaScript is more difficult than HTML.
No. -c is worse than c while +c is better than c.

No, a C is not better than a C+. It is the other way around - A C+ is better than a C.

C. The C language is the basis for JavaScript, as well as C++, C#, PHP, and Java. (Among others.)

No. It is not.

JavaScript functions are compiled by the client machine at run-time. This is different than a lot of older code, but similar (at least in effect) to modern languages like C# and Java.
JavaScript and java are 2 completely different things. JavaScript is in web pages to make it more interesting and java is a complex computing language devised from c + c++.
It is very obvious ... COFFEE is always better than COFFEE
