No. A C++ program is not even remotely similar to a C program. While it is true that with little to no modification any valid C program can become a valid C++ program, the resultant code would still be C or at least the C-style equivalent that is supported by C++. However, the same cannot be said in the other direction. Converting C++ code to C can obviously be done (code in any language can be converted to any other language), but it is far from trivial. Indeed, the only way it could be achieved effectively and efficiently is with a C++ to C compiler, in much the same way as the original C++ compiler worked. However it's difficult to imagine any scenario where this would be a requirement.
I means that you are not supposed to use it for any other purpose except for deciding if the program will do what you want. It is like test driving a car.
Any character can be used in string, except for \\0. char example [] = "A&B|C";
If you declare a variable inside of any fuction (except main) it will not be available to other functions.
Helical gears are similar to spur gear except it's teeth are slant. They have good load distribution, less noise and less wear compare to spur gear.
The importance is that when you design it before you implement it, you have a better chance of eliminating design flaws from the beginning. If you start out coding and later on figure out you have a design flaw, it is extremely painful to go back and reimplement everything. Certain software engineering experts have estimated that it can cost up to 10x more (time and money) to fix a design problem in the later stages of software development than in the early stages.
There are many. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lossless_data_compression#Lossless_compression_methods
J Codes are for the administration of drugs except for those taken orally.
They aren't similar except that maps change over time.
The DNA coding strand serves as a template for the synthesis of mRNA during transcription. It carries the same sequence as the mRNA, except it has thymine (T) instead of uracil (U). The mRNA produced is complementary to the DNA coding strand.
They are not similar except for the fact that apple pies are made of atoms.
They are not releasing details except the date and what they learned was viewed

In the English language, you will use either when referring to to things that you are discussing or deciding between. Except is used when saying everything but one thing, and except for is used in a similar way.
There are no similar things between the two except that they both involve money.
