Apply presure to the keyway by screwing the balljoint spacer as if you were tightening it. This will relieve the pressure off the keyway adjustment bolt so you can unscrew it and take out the keyway bolt keeper. Next unscrew the ball joint press and the keyway will fall lose. Then you can pull the torsion bar all the way through to remove it.
