Most cutting and welding is done with a neutral flame.
SS cutting is very much possible with flame or gas cutting. However it is not recommended as Stainless steel is usually used in applications where you need corrosion resistance. The high temperature in flame cutting is bound to cause oxidation in the boundaries and render it unfit for aesthetic or corrosion resistant application.
Higher contents of carbon make the steel harder but more brittle. The harder steel will cut better and hold an edge longer but has much less shear strength.
It depends on how thick of steel you're aiming to cut. But most job shops process steel with either laser cutting (for thin steel) or waterjet cutting (for up to 12" thick)... or machining.
Nano steel is an Advanced High Strength Steel, with strength levels > 900 mPa with good ductility. The source of strength is grain size on the order of 1000 times finer (nano meter size) than conventional steel.

Plasma Cutting is fast, accurate and high quality machines and was originally developed for the thermal cutting of materials which were unsuitable for flame cutting machine, such as high alloy top gantry type steel plate cnc plasma cutting or aluminium. Yes, AerMet steel is difficult to cut with carbide tools due to its high strength and hardness. Carbide tools may wear out quickly when cutting AerMet steel, requiring frequent tool changes and slowing down the cutting process. Alternative cutting methods such as using ceramic tools or abrasive water jet cutting may be more effective for cutting AerMet steel.
There are many advantages of steel because ofanti-corrosiveHygienicHigh strength - Low Weight100% Recyclableand also it is easy for machining process, cutting etc....

Assuming that you are using the Oxygen-Acetylene cutting process; both, depending at what stage/phase of the cutting process you are in. What we encounter is a gas flow differential problem. With the cutting torch flame properly adjusted (the acetylene valve opened to the point where the un-mixed acetylene flame is burning without producing any smoke but still in contact with the cutting tip of the torch, the oxygen valve is slowly opened until you have adjusted the flame to a neutral quality or setting. Press the cutting oxygen lever; typically the flame will become slightly carburizing ("feathers" will appear at the ends of the pre-heat flames) this phenomonom occurs because of the drop in line pressure due to the high flow of oxygen through the cutting tube or orifice. With the oxygen lever remaining depressed, readjust the flame to a neutral setting. This will cause the flame to become slightly oxidizing when the cutting lever is released; since an oxidizing flame burns slightly hotter than a neutral flame the pre-heat of the metal that is being cut is faster. When the metal is at the proper pre-heat or kindling temperature (1600 F for pure iron - various steel alloys will be slightly different; beginning to turn bright red is a good indicator) depress the cutting oxygen lever, the flame will revert to "neutral" and the cut can then begin.
