If you mean current sensing using an AVR microprocessor then that entirely depends on the circuit design. A good design would detect the failiure and shut down the current, a bad design would allow the current to flow unchecked and potentially destroy the circuit.

State one example of an automatic Voltage system that is error actuated?

An AVR circuit, the voltage sensing unit measures the incoming voltage and compares it to the set point. Then an error signal is produced and sent to the amplifier, the error signal then reaches a firing circuit which consists of a thyristor with a field current which will adjust alternators output current. Dependant on the signal from the actuating unit.

What is AVR generator?

AVR stands for Automatic Voltage Regulator for generator. Most AVR work by automatically comparing the sensed voltage with the reference setting generator output voltage then diverting the input current to the exciter circuit. Some AVR circuit are configured in parallel connection with the exciter stator winding, When it sense below rated set voltage, more current is feed to the exciter to catch up the voltage difference until it would reach equilibrium again, when it is within rated voltage less current is feed to the exciter or more current is diverted to the AVR circuit. Some AVR has manual remote voltage trim or control to manually raise or lower the set voltage. The AVR works also during parallel operation by regulating voltage and controlling load Ampere (load sharing capability), the power factor (PF) and VAR (Volt-Amps Reactive).

No. This feature available on AVR-1612 and higher.

How does AVR on generator work?

The function of AVR is to automatically regulate the voltage of Generators. As the terminal voltage of a generators drops the AVR boosts the voltage.

What is the use of AVR?

AVR is also a line of microcontrollers made by Atmel. Atmel says the three letters don't stand for anything, it's just the name. AVR can also stand for Automatic Voltage Regulator. There are many uses of this abbreviation, see the link below. Answer #2: avr name as advance volatage regulator or advanced vertiually risc and it is two scientists name

WHAT IS full form of AVR in AVR microcontrollers?

The acronym AVR has been reported to stand for Advanced Virtual RISC, but it has also been rumored to stand for the initials chip's designers: Alf and Vegard [RISC]. Atmel says that the name AVR is not an acronym and does not stand for anything in particular.

What is the difference between the avr and the power supply?

AVR means Automatic Voltage Regulator. It automatically maintains a constant voltage level. AVR may be a separate device or a part of powet supply.
