It is the process of applying, and finishing asphalt pavement to a roadway surface with several pieces of equipment working unanimously together, one right after the next. The steps include first sweeping the pavement to remove any dirt or debris, then applying a prime coat, followed by a binder. Immediately following the binder (withing 1 to 2 minutes) with aggregateOnce the aggregate is in place and spread evenly, it is rolled. The binder can then be applied again followed by the aggregate, and roller which would define the double portion of the bituminous treatment.

Rotary power brooms and water sprayers can both be used to "sweep" the surface although the broom is usually preferred. Primer is applied using the asphalt distributor which also applies the binder as well. Pneumatic or steel wheel vibratory rollers are used to roll the surface which is completed after each treatment is applied.

Can use stone dust as a filler material for bituminous concrete?

yes,we can use stone dust as a filler material for bituminous concrete because of its good bonding power with the bitumen.

How surface treatment influences fatigue?

Surface treatment affects the endurance strength, which is used to calculate the safety factor. Surface fatigue inevitably occurs for all materials in high contact-stress applications, causing part failure after thousands of repeated cycles. Failure is evidenced by pitting and eventually spalling.

Are the material specification and surface treatment with no special characteristics marks also considered as product special characteristics appointed by customer?

Yes, because material grade is something related to strength or yield of part. Whenever customer specifies any material standard then we have to meet every parameters like tensile & yield strength or Hardness etc. Because these parameters are affecting wear & tear occurring in the part & can lead to failure if material doesnot match with the specified standard. This will be also applicable for surface treatment. For example if suppose the product is having Epoxy coating as surface treatment, then it has to satisfy the salt spray test requirement. Otherwise the product will get corroded even in coated condition & will affect it's strength & can cause a failure also. So I think material & surface treatment requirements even though are not marked with a special characteristics but are mandatory requirement.

Should crome rust in three months?

Only if it is severly abused/disused/ignored. If you don't clean it or make any attempt to keep it free from surface damage - it will rust quite quickly, as Chrome is only a thin surface treatment to the base metal.

Is bituminous material is the same for bituminous concrete if not why?

No, bituminous material and bituminous concrete are not the same. Bituminous material refers to the binder, typically asphalt, used in asphalt pavement mixtures. Bituminous concrete, on the other hand, refers to the final pavement product made by combining bituminous material with aggregates like sand and stone.
