A PA is a Physician Assistant, the C means that a national certification exam was taken and passed. An NP is a Nurse Practitioner.
You cannot create Pac Man just with HTML. It is not a programming language. You need a programming language to write programs. HTML is not capable of doing those kinds of things. It just lays out pages and formats text to a limited extent. A website with Pac Man has programming code built into it.
The voltage ratio is the same as the turns ratio for an ideal transformer, and most transformers are close to being ideal. So use the following equation:Vs/Vp = Ns/Np
no, 2 junctions. NPN or PNP

It is still an open question. NP is the class of problems which can be solved in polynomial time by a program run by the theoretical non-deterministic machine. (That is, there is a polynomial upper-bound for the time it would take for the machine to compute the answer, with respect to the size of the input). P is the class of problems which can be solved in polynomial time by a program run by an actual computer (or some abstract model thereof). So far it is not known for sure whether the two classes are the same or not. There are many problems which are known to be NP, and for which no polynomial solution for a real computer is known. However, there is currently no proof that such a solution does not exist (perhaps it does and no one has found it yet). That is why whether P equals NP or not is still an open problem.

A problem is 'in NP' if there exists a polynomial time complexity algorithm which runs on a Non-Deterministic Turing Machine that solves it. A problem is 'NP Hard' if all problems in NP can be reduced to it in polynomial time, or equivalently if there is a polynomial-time reduction of any other NP Hard problem to it. A problem is NP Complete if it is both in NP and NP hard.
If you mean the interior plains of the USA, these would include Badlands NP and Theodore Roosevelt NP. If you include the interior plains of Canada, then add Elk Island NP, Grasslands NP, Riding Mountain NP; and perhaps Prince Albert NP and Wood Buffalo NP.
np simply means no problem

Woodrow Wilson became U.S. President in March of 1913, and remained President until March of 1920. In addition to signing the legislation establishing the National Parks Service, he also signed legislation establishing Rocky Mountain NP, Lafayette NP (renamed Acadia NP in 1929), Hawaii NP (eventually became Hawaii Volcanoes NP), Mount McKinley NP (renamed Denali NP), Lassen Volcano NP (had previously been a national MONUMENT), Zion NP (same change), and Grand Canyon NP.

NP - novel - was created in 1990.
"No Problem"Np means No problem.
