Assuming your reference to "earthing" is grounding (Grounding Electrode Conductor), a pipe is, as it sounds, a pipe (i.e. water pipe). A plate would be, as it sounds, a square (or rectangular) copper plate which would be buried in the ground.
pipe earthing is done outside the tower, a hole of required diameter and depth is excavated and a pipe filled with coke and salt is put inside that hole which will be connected to the earth strip eventually connecting to the foot of the tower. The other method of tower earthing is counterpoise in which galvanised strip of wires is connected to the foot of the tower and is being earthed to a depth at some distance. The main difference is the thickness of the pipe Compare to A Class pipe B Class pipe thickness is more.Like that Compare to B class pipe C Class pipe thickness is more.
Pipe Lining refers to the internal diameter, pipe coating is external.
pipe earthing is the best form of earthing and is very cheap in cost. in this method a galvanised iron pipe of approved length and diameter is placed up right in a permanently wet soil. the size of the pipe depends upon the current to be carried and type of soil usually the pipe used for this purpose is of 38mm and 2.5m in length the depth at which the pipe must be buried depends upon the moisture of the ground. the pipe is placed at a depth of3.75m. the pipe is provided with a tapered casing at the lower end in order to facilitate the driving
Chemical Earthing and Conventional Earthing are different types of earthing techniques. Conventional Earthing is based on plate earthing and pipe type earthing but Chemical Earthing on GI or Copper.
Electrical earthing is classified into many types as Neutral earthing Body earthing Pipe earthing Plate earthing Chemical earthing Ground Compound Earthing
pipe earthing is the best in 6 feet and 3" pipe, Connecting copper rod thickness 12"

there is no difference, half pipe snowboarding is just regualr snowboarding on a half pipe

Vessels are made up of plate materials. A106 is a pipe destination. A105 is a forged material and widely used for flange
pipe = one piping = a system of piping arrangements
Water pipe threads are tapered, electrical pipe is not tapered.
