The drainage passage way
Most of the one's I have run across do not have an overflow. Mainly used for disposal, dumping out drinks, etc, not for washing so overflow not really an issue. Also, most are stainless which do not lend themselves to an overflow drain.
because whatever is on the other end of that overflow pipe is overflowing
In linked list if there is no any element inside it than we can say linked list is underflow.

The cost will reflect an average of labor time and materials involved to install the fixture, a cost range is appropriate as an estimate
To drain the over flow from a tank or fixture
The overflow drain gasket in a sink or bathtub serves to prevent water from leaking out of the overflow opening and helps to maintain the proper water level in the fixture.
If you're asking whether you have to connect the fixture ground to the house ground, you do. The idea is to connect any exposed portion of a metal fixture to ground, keeping anything you would be able to touch from having a hazardous potential on it. The way to do this is to connect the fixture ground (which is connected to the metal chassis) to the building ground (which comes from your electrical panel).
To connect a wire switch to a light fixture, first turn off the power to the circuit. Then, connect the black wire from the switch to the black wire from the light fixture using a wire connector. Next, connect the white wires together and the ground wires together. Finally, secure all connections with electrical tape and mount the switch and light fixture as needed.
If the 250 watt bulb is a HID or similar type the ballast comes complete with the fixture. The bulb socket is also part of the fixture and comes pre-wired to the socket. To connect the bulb to the fixture all that has to be done is just screw it into the fixture's socket.
Because the drainage system is over loaded by to many fixture units
To properly wire a light fixture in a room, first turn off the power to the circuit. Then, connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire in the electrical box, and the white wire from the fixture to the white wire in the box. Finally, connect the ground wire from the fixture to the ground wire in the box. Secure the connections with wire nuts, and then mount the fixture according to the manufacturer's instructions.
To wire a switch to a light fixture, you will need to connect the hot wire from the power source to one terminal on the switch, then connect another wire from the other terminal on the switch to the hot terminal on the light fixture. Finally, connect the neutral wires from the power source and the light fixture together. Make sure to turn off the power before starting and follow all safety precautions.
To wire a 3-way switch for controlling a light fixture, you will need to connect the wires from the power source to the common terminal of the first switch. Then, connect the traveler wires between the two switches. Finally, connect the wire from the light fixture to the common terminal of the second switch. This setup allows you to control the light fixture from two different switches.
The light is wired the same as any voltage fixture. Bring the source voltage to the fixture and connect it to the two fixture wires. If you want to control the off-on of the fixture take the source voltage to a switch first and then out of the switch to the light fixture.
To install a light fixture, first turn off the power to the area. Remove the old fixture, connect the wires of the new fixture to the corresponding wires in the ceiling, and secure the fixture in place. Finally, turn the power back on and test the light.
To properly install a 3-wire light fixture in your home, follow these steps: Turn off the power to the circuit at the breaker box. Remove the old light fixture and disconnect the wires. Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black (hot) wire in the ceiling box. Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) wire in the ceiling box. Connect the green or bare copper wire from the fixture to the ground wire in the ceiling box. Secure the wires with wire nuts and mount the fixture to the ceiling. Turn the power back on and test the light to ensure it is working properly.
