There is more surface area contact between the road and the flat tire translating into more friction between the two surfaces, which increases the amount of force required to change direction.
If you meant tyre (british) or tire than the answer is Rober William Thomson and he invented it in 1846. John Boyd Dunlop is often erroneously given credit for the invention but he did not develop his tire until 1889. Please note that both Thomson and Dunlop called it a tire not a tyre, though many others in the 19th century did call it a tyre.

Under pressure and heat, long chain polymers of hydrogen, oxygen, and carbon decompose into short-chain petroleum hydrocarbons with a maximum length of around 18 carbons.then the waste tire or waste plastic will be converted into crude.it is really amazing.
The treads on a tire are created by a mold. The tire is placed in the mold and heat and steam compress the tire and the mold forms the tread.
Some of the greatest inventions of the Industrial Revolution are the pneumatic tire, anesthesia, the photograph, the phonograph, the steam engine, the telegraph, food canning, the spinning jenny and methods to mine iron.
The difference between the pressures inside and outside a bicycle tire is called tire pressure differential.
The term for the difference between the pressures inside and outside a tire is called "tire pressure differential."
The force between the tire and the road is called frictional force. This force allows the tire to grip the road surface and provide traction for the vehicle to move.
The Alternator is between the engine and the firewall. Follow the serpentine behind the engine and you'll see the alternator. Removing the alternator is easiest if you remove the passenger side front tire and the plastic mud guard. Once they are both off, the alternator is easy to change.

On the side of the block under the exhaust manifold facing the firewall. It's more acurrately between the engine and transmission and very hard to see.. Remove the passenger side tire and the plastic housing to the engine. Straight in past the harmonic balancer about 12 inches back. Has a plug in and 1 bolt holding it in place. The correct answer to this puzzling question is: the spare tire is located under and behind the engine compartment. If you look on the floor board between the drivers and passenger side you will find and plastic cap. Underneth is a hex head bolt that lowers the spare tire. You will find the bolt socket in the jack bag. This is the location for the stow-n-go vans. Have a nice day! Have you looked underneath the back of the van?
Tire levers are tools used to remove bicycle tires from the rims. They are typically made of plastic or metal and have a curved shape to help pry the tire off the rim. To use tire levers in bicycle maintenance, you insert them between the tire and the rim, then lever the tire off the rim by applying pressure. This makes it easier to change or repair a flat tire on a bicycle.
