Because the electrical parts of a transformer do not move / rotate.
Frictional , rotating losses are not common to transformers and rotating machines. these are specific to rotating machines.
Transformers inherently do not have frictional losses, but transformers and rotating machines perform completely different functions, so I'm not sure it is fair to compare them. Transformers are used to transform electric energy (the input is electric energy, and the output is electric energy). Rotating machines either take electric energy and convert it to mechanical/kinetic energy, or take kinetic energy and convert it to electric energy.
Since, transfformer is a Static device (ie. no moving parts in it) hence it is the most efficient machines ever made by man. However, in rotating machines there are various losses like friction and windage, losses in commutator etc. So, yes, Transformers are highly efficient devices.
b'coz transformer is not a moving parts so it works on the princeple of mutual induction
Three concentric and rotating shafts would be known as a contra-rotating device. Currently, several machines like these are being designed, according to the US Patent Office.

Transformer has windings
Rotating magnetic fields are essential for the operation of electric motors, as they induce currents in the rotor that generate torque. This principle enables efficient energy conversion in electric machines, leading to high power output and reliability. Rotating magnetic fields also allow for reversible operation, making them suitable for applications requiring bidirectional motion control.

In transformer there is no rotating part.so frequency constant.
In 1908, the washing machine underwent significant advancements, with electric models becoming more widely available and popular. These early electric washing machines were typically top-loading and featured basic agitator or rotating drum designs. While these washing machines were more efficient than manual methods, they were still rudimentary compared to modern models.
transformer is not rotating bcoz for rotating rotating magnetic field is required which is produced only when the current is passed through the windings which are displaced physically by 120degrees and phase difference of 120 degrees where as in transformer there is no phsical displacement of 120degrees hence transformer cannot rotate.
It's a transformer that operates with AC current in and out. It's an ordinary transformer, with the term "static" used to differentiate it from rotating transformers, such as motor-generator sets.
A commutator is an electrical switch that periodically reverses the current direction in an electric motor or electrical generator. A commutator is a common feature of direct current rotating machines.
