Transformer has windings
Transformer works on the principle of mutual induction. The transformer theoretically started the day principle of mutual induction was discovered and came in to practical use.It around 1983....
A chopper transformer is a kind of transformer used in an switching power supply. The primary input voltage of it is a Direct current (D.C) unlike any other ordinary step down transformer which uses an Alternating Current (A.C).Chopper transformer uses a switching transistor to produce a secondary voltage..
The Combiners seen in the Transformer Movies are the Constructicons. They come together to form Devastator.
It's just called "Transformers" there is no subtitle. However Transformers 2 is called Revenge of the fallen and Transformers 3 is called Dark of the moon.
how do you make a transformer on incredibots2
it may be because rotating transformer also have one winding turns while the other remains stationary.because the one that was stationary is the one that accepts signals and the one that was turning is the one who converts he signal into current and distribute it to the motors engine
b'coz transformer is not a moving parts so it works on the princeple of mutual induction
induction motor has two control system one is stator control another rotor control And it comes under the category of asynchronous motors. The term induction is because the rotor of an a.c motor does not receive the electric power through conduction but by induction same as the secondary of the transformer receives the power from primary. And so an induction motor can also be called as a rotating transformer i.e. one in which primary is stationary and secondary is free to rotate.
Transformer in Hindi is called "ट्रांसफ़ॉर्मर" (pronounced as "transformer"). It is a device used to transfer electrical energy between two or more circuits through electromagnetic induction.
1. Induction Motor has an air-gap but transformer has no air gap rather it is mutually link. 2. Induction Motor has high no-load current than transformer. 3. Induction Motor is a dynamic device. 4. Induction Motor has high power factor.
In dc motors, the electric power is conducted directly to the armature (i.e., rotating part) through brushes & commutator. Hence, in this sense a dc motor can be called as a Conduction motor. However, in ac motors, the rotor does not receive any electric power by conduction but by induction in exactly the same way as the secondary of a two winding transformer receives its power from the primary. That is why such motors are called as Induction motors. An induction motor can be treated as a rotating transformer i.e., one in which primary winding is stationary but secondary is free to rotate.
Transformer works on the principle of Electromagnetic induction.
The working of a transformer depends on the Faraday Law of Electromagnetic Induction.
An electric motor converts electrical power to mechanical power in its rotor (rotating part). There are several ways to supply power to the rotor. In a DC motor this power is supplied to the armature directly from a DC source, while in an induction motor this power is induced in the rotating device. An induction motor is sometimes called arotating transformer because the stator (stationary part) is essentially the primary side of the transformer and the rotor (rotating part) is the secondary side. The primary side's currents evokes a magnetic field which interacts with the secondary side's emf to produce a resultant torque, henceforth serving the purpose of producing mechanical energy. Induction motors are widely used, especially polyphase induction motors, which are frequently used in industrial drives.
In transformer there is no rotating part.so frequency constant.
Like transformer induction motor has stator winding(Primary winding) and rotor winding(Secondary winding) separated by an airgap.Rotor winding(generally Al bars) are short circuited at the end to produce torque for the rotation.Hence the name short circuited transformer.
transformer is not rotating bcoz for rotating rotating magnetic field is required which is produced only when the current is passed through the windings which are displaced physically by 120degrees and phase difference of 120 degrees where as in transformer there is no phsical displacement of 120degrees hence transformer cannot rotate.
