Well, there are multiple factors that have to be considered here.
Your feet sweat while you are wearing shoes. This can make them stick as you try to remove them. Your feet also swell when you stand on them for long periods, or sometimes it could be what you ate(a bit more salt or MSG for example, or even gluten if you are allergic or sensitive)
How you angle your foot or pull the boot can also effect the way they respond to your attempts at pulling them off. If you find you are having difficulties near the ankle, either your boots are too narrow for your feet in that area, or you may be pulling incorrectly. Remember: if you are removing a boot or shoe, pull the back of the heel, (not the toe, or side) of the boot or shoe. Sock thickness can change the fitting considerably. If a pair are tight try wearing thinner socks or even nylon hosiery instead of thicker ones. Talc can also help to keep them dry and reduce friction. Another thought to ponder...we shop for boots in fall when we are preparing for cold weather...try a half size larger to make room for extra socks. Our feet gain weight as we do, so those extra pounds from holiday dinners and pies also can make things fit differently. One more way to make them fit better is by simply dropping that extra padding. No crazy diets necessary for something as small as five pounds...just try giving up sugar and meat and adding a little extra fiber to your menu! Give it a week and see how you feel, and how those boots are fitting you;) Hope this helps.
Static electricity. As you slide off the car seat . You rub both fabrics, (the fabrics being the car seat and you clothes) against each other producing enough static electricity to give you a shock as your feet touch the ground.

When a horse gallops, their back feet can reach over their front feet, if this happens they could brush together and cause cuts or do a more serious injury. the boots protect the feet and makes it easier for the back feet to slide off.

A soft boot is when you just turn a device off and back on. Which you can do by hitting the power button off then back on or use a reset button which also powers off and on a device automatically. A hard boot is when you completely erase the software that runs in the device and re install it back on to the device.

Hiking boots can be washed with mild soap and warm water in your bathtub or sink. Gently scrub the dirt off of the outside of the boots with a scrub brush. Make sure to rinse the boots out well so the soap doesn't make your feet itch. Dry your boots by packing them with newspaper and let them air dry. Synthetic boots can be dried near a heater or in the sun*. Do not put leather boots near a heater as it will cause the leather to shrink.
Stamping your feet helps loosen the snow or ice that has accumulated on your boots, causing it to fall off. The impact of stamping creates vibrations that break the snow's grip on the surface of your footwear, making it easier to remove.
There were no left or right boots, just boots - you marched them into shape. Actually it was considered a privilege to get a pair of boots at all. Bragg retreated South from Kentucky because he felt sorry for his troops going barefoot in winter. Confederates in particular fought with fanatical bravery for the chance of stripping the boots off the enemy.
