Yes. Clouds are apart of the atmosphere and travel with the wind. However they may disappear while moving and will then not be visible (obviously). Also, If I was in Australia and you were in UK if I saw a cloud that looked like a horse by the time it got to you it would be completely different. It would either be gone, changed cloud type or bigger or smaller. Many possibilities. But it's like wind and rain, it travels and changes over time.
