If you are talking about something else you would say that it smells horible. Or it smells bad. Or I smell bad. If you say that you smell badly then you are saything that you dont smell with your nose very well. Hope this helps.

No, but MANY MANY factors could influence that. Medications you are taking, or overall body health. Or just the remains of food you have eaten. Sometimes an abcessed tooth can 'leak' and smell very bad. That is putrifactive drainage, and it smells HORRIBLE.
