It's like being biased really cause if you favour something more you'll agree to it more but with an scientific opinion it goes against all that and it'll have more evidence to back it up and make it more believeable and it will be proved more because it will be tested over and over again to make sure it works and everything makes sense.
Subjective opinion is subject to bias, for example: A mother thinks that her daughter is the most beautiful girl in the world. Objective opinion is undistorted by emotions.
An opinion is what some people think and some people don't agree with what they think and an observation is what you see, hear, taste. A observation can be senses. Save

A fact most of the time is 100% correct and a opinion you can argue
There is no scientific basis to ascertain whether handwriting or countenance of a person symbolizes his character. It is purely hypothesis and is like the difference of opinion between astronomer and astrologer.
Answering a question can be done by simply stating your opinion on an issue or by giving what you believe to be the proper answer. A science inquiry on the other hand requires you stick to established scientific methods of inquiry (read available scientific literature on the issue, find out what scientific consensus currently is, take into account credible alternative hypothesis, do scientific research, etc.) and the outcome of scientific inquiry does not necessarily have to coincide with what your opinion on the issue was before you started the inquiry.
A scientific opinion is normally held by a scientific body such as a 'learned society' or 'national organisation' or perhaps a science-based government body. It is the formal consensus position of the scientists of that organisation. More abstractly, scientific opinion (analagous to public opinion) is the consensus between the various published scientific opinions, and need not be unique (eg: their could be two dissenting groups of opinions). Generally, inidividual scientists opinions do not contribute to 'scientific opinion' in the same way scientific organisational opinions do (because they are somewhat irrelevant, in the same way that fringe opinions of individual public do not necessarily impact on 'public opinion' generally) As for 'scientific opinion article' I would guess it is an article which presents or explores scientific opinion as above. Normally scientific opinion is formulated from scientific bodies issuing 'position statements' and the like, not articles. I really appreciate this article, I feel this was of great help Its just amazing, the scientific knowledge is explained clearly here
After my opinion a strict separation is not possible.
In my opinion the only difference is between proper language (cohabitation) and slang ( shack up ).
A fact is something that can be proven with hard evidence. An opinion is simply how someone feels about any topic.
